weekend round-up...
and as a bonus it’s not even over yet! wins:
wet weather which enabled a ‘west wing’ marathon - we have now finished season 5.
al volo pizza delivered so as not to have to go out in the storm or interrupt the above marathon.
drinking a bottle of champagne we were given for our engagement present as we were out of all other non-spirit alchohol (and why not).
getting parking...

dirty secret: i love abba.
just got back from ‘mamma mia’. as expected, loved it far too much including pierce brosnan’s terribly earnest singing, meryl streep (full stop), the humour, and the abba-ness of it all.
(now it’s on the internet you can’t hold my dirty secret over me ANY MORE!)

i’m pissed off. i buy locally made, i recycle, donate to charity and take public transport. i work hard and pay taxes and rates and every other damn bill that comes my way. i vote and i try to be a responsible member of my community. but now, we’re facing a problem with the a word: ABORTION*. i have always been proud of how much new zealand has supported women. we gave women suffrage....

The crazy weather of late has really been freaking Ziggy out. This is not to mention how lonely she seems sometimes for a very friendly cat who likes to make friends with other cats when she is at the cattery and sometimes brings other cats round to our place.
